None other than Disney's Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has earned an excess of $3.5 million for 2006 - 2007 putting her at #17 on the list. She may not be old enough to drink but she sure has become one of Hollywood's Top Entertainers. Quite a big deal for someone who just turned 15. With her new successful album and her Best of Both World's tour in high gear she is expected to top this years earnings. The Best of Both World concert tickets have become the hottest tickets of the year selling out in almost minutes of going on sale.
